I'm not sure how to do this, but I wonder if constant stirring or whipping with a whisk periodically would produce different results.Trehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09042741981091567910noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2261525107149934458.post-76890318283583861192013-02-15T13:40:58.691-05:002013-02-15T13:40:58.691-05:00Yes, That's pretty much what it says.Yes, That's pretty much what it says.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18109943319735098753noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2261525107149934458.post-26203253388386016882013-02-15T12:21:18.900-05:002013-02-15T12:21:18.900-05:00Not positive, but I think i remember reading direc...Not positive, but I think i remember reading directions that say something to the effect of "sprinkle the yeast into the water and let it rehydrate for x mins (maybe 30?) and then stir" Bretthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13950096306038299914noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2261525107149934458.post-87331984583667938112013-02-14T11:22:56.050-05:002013-02-14T11:22:56.050-05:00That's something I have not tried while rehydr...That's something I have not tried while rehydrating yeast. Are you suggesting stirring in the dry yeast instead of allowing it to float, and periodically shaking it to keep it suspended in the water? If I do this experiment over I could add that into the mix.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18109943319735098753noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2261525107149934458.post-17414438982351382062013-02-13T17:57:27.864-05:002013-02-13T17:57:27.864-05:00Have you conducted any experiments where you perio...Have you conducted any experiments where you periodically stirred the yeast? I wonder if that would normalize the results among those that clumped and sunk.Trehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09042741981091567910noreply@blogger.com
